How To Correctly Access Support

Our support system allows you to choose the priority of your support request please ensure you use this correctly.

HIGH PRIORITY EXAMPLES: Your website is offline(not due to billing issues), your stream hosting is offline, you are experiencing issues with your online store (e.g orders can't be placed, payments not going through) you may also use high priority support if you can't access your client area or cannot pay your invoice.

Requesting priorities above your needs will result in your request being reprioritized and will delay support.
